CAVA Preparation Course
This course will introduce common and standard concepts, requirements and skills needed to succeed as a Virtual Assistance. It covers topics such as communication, team integration, cultural differences and time management.
CPVA Advanced Course
This course is geared towards VAs that are ready to take the next step and advance their careers. Topics include​: business ethics, data privacy and security, client communication, cultural assimilation and multi-tasking management.
